OSIS now using the ECHO Payment Gateway

By integrating the ECHO Payment Gateway into the OSIS and WebLinx systems, financial processes can be automated, and additional services offered including EZ-Pay (Automatic Recurring Payments) and consolidated agent account sweeps.

This website enhancement allows for the agent to quote, rate, and
bind endorsements (changes to the policy). Complete documentation
is generated including the Endorsement Attachment, ID Card,
Vehicle Inspection, and Payment Receipt.

Our IVR is now platformed on Asterisk

The Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system for OSIS has been re-platformed to work on Asterisk - the leading open source telephony software. Using Asterisk as the telecommunication platform for the OSIS IVR allows for a solid, stable, and flexible environment for this important part of the OSIS system.
